Room Rates per night plus applicable tax. Check-in after 3pm
and Check-out before 11 am. Rate also includes full delicious Breakfast for two. 

For the Business Traveller, working downtown, enjoy free parking at Quartermain House with a 15 minute walk along the water to downtown offices and Convention Center or UNB and St. Thomas in the opposite direction. 

We do have a cat but he is located in the back of the house and not in the Guest area at all but if you have a very serious allergy probably not suitable to book with us.
